Let me remind you that PRAYING FOR YOUR BUSINESS and guarding our tongue when we talk about it is super important.⁠

Write your prayers out on index cards or save them on your phone/computer. Keep them before your eyes and let them serve as a reminder to speak life over your business and pray often!⁠

Father God, I choose to obey you and follow all your commands. I love that as I obey you, you will delight in me and make me prosperous! I will take the time to know and obey your word and trust that you will make the work of my hands profitable.⁠

When you're building something big, you should never, ever skip an opportunity to get a fresh word from God. ⁠
⁠
Be like the Syro-Phoenician woman in Matthew 15.⁠
⁠
She came to Jesus seeking help with her daughter. She believed that Jesus could help and persisted in asking him for that help when he ignored her and even when he outright denied her. ⁠
⁠
Finally he told her she had 'Great Faith' and answered her prayer.⁠
⁠
He didn't say 'You have worn me down with your nagging' or 'I'll do it just to shut you up.' He told her she had Great Faith!⁠
⁠
Why is that so important?⁠
⁠
Hebrews 11:6 reads: "And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him."⁠
⁠
When you pray for your business, you must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him!⁠
⁠
Well, the 'exists' part should come pretty easy to us as women of faith ;)⁠
⁠
But do you really believe that he rewards those who earnestly seek him? Or do you pray as if you were playing the lotto and may or may not win?⁠
⁠
We've all heard someone say, 'Well, let's pray about it and see if God does something about the situation."⁠
⁠
IF?⁠
⁠
Change that up and approach prayer time with confidence!⁠
⁠
And, keep your faith strong after you finish praying. What you DO after you pray tells God what you believe about Him.⁠
⁠
For example...⁠
⁠
If you pray for God's provision, then spend the rest of the day complaining about the need to others - you're demonstrating a lack of faith in His ability to provide what you need. ⁠

Pray. 🙏🏾Listen. 👂🏾Stand in Faith. 👢Listen. 👂🏾Speak life over your business at all times🗣️. And Listen!👂🏾👂🏾👂🏾⁠

For most of my life I would say that I was RISK-AV

For most of my life I would say that I was RISK-AVOIDANT. ⁠
It's kind of the way that I was raised...⁠
⁠
❎Be careful⁠
❎Don't do that⁠
❎That's dangerous⁠
⁠
But without taking risks there's no payoff, no failing forward, no movement...nothing.⁠
⁠
One of the biggest risks I've ever taken was having the courage to board a plane to Canada the day after Thanksgiving -- my heart beating out of my chest -- to meet this guy right here for the first time (except for video calls). ⁠
⁠
I know meeting someone online is the way of the world these days, but it still has it's risks. And, I'm glad to say...in this situation is was way beyond worth it! (Love you, mi amor)⁠
